Where is my order & how do I track it?

How do I return or exchange an item?

What if I received the wrong item?

Please send us a photo and your order number. We’ll take care of the rest—either by reshipping or refunding the item.

What if an item is damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos. We offer either a full refund, a replacement, or a discount depending on the issue.

Which items are Final Sale?

Items marked Final Sale, discounted items, or personal hygiene products (e.g., hijabs, swimwear) are non-returnable. Please check the product page for sale labels.
