Returns & Refunds Policy – Dubai Abaya
At Dubai Abaya, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below
🛍️ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

Must be returned within 15 days from delivery date

Shipping fees are non-refundable
If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for one of the following:
💳 Full Refund

A full refund (excluding shipping) will be issued for eligible full-priced items returned within 15 days of delivery.

If your original order included free shipping, we will deduct our standard shipping cost from your refund.
Maximum Refund Cap:
Refunds to the original payment method are capped at AED 750. Refunds exceeding this amount will be issued as store credit.
💰 Store Credit (Valid for 12 Months)
If the return is requested after 15 days but within 90 days, and the item meets return conditions, you will receive store credit instead of a refund.
⚠️ Partial refunds or reduced store credit may apply depending on condition and return timing.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return:
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will:
Offer a full refund or
Ship a replacement item at no extra cost

📬 How to Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
You may use any courier, but we recommend using tracked shipping
Dubai Abaya is not liable for lost return parcels

🌍 International Returns
We currently do not offer prepaid return labels for international customers.
All international returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Duties, VAT, and import taxes paid at checkout or during customs clearance are non-refundable
Use a trackable and insured shipping method for international returns
📮 Incorrect Shipping Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
We will notify you via email
You will be required to pay shipping fees again before we reship
If you prefer a refund, original shipping fees will be deducted, and a 10–25% restocking fee may apply
⏳ Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Please allow 7–10 business days to process
Refunds (if approved) will be credited within 3–5 business days to your original payment method
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account or card statement
Contact your card provider for updates

Dubai Abaya reserves the right to deny a return, exchange, or store credit if the returned item does not meet our policy conditions.
We do not offer price adjustments for any orders made before a sale or promotion.
